We were privileged to design a stunning multi-storey house with breathtaking views on the stunning golf course in Knysna.

Our team was honored to be appointed to design a multi-storey house on the Pezula Golf Estate in Knysna, Western Cape, with views that can only be described as breathtaking. The client’s requirements for the house were extensive, including 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wheelchair-accessible guest bedroom and en-suite, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with a separate entertainment area, scullery and walk-in pantry, domestic quarters, double-and-a-half garage, fire pit, and service courtyard.

To ensure energy efficiency, we incorporated Solar PV panels and water heating into the main roof of the house, while water tanks were incorporated into the design of the service courtyard space. With views overlooking the golf course and ocean, we were intentional in orientating the house to maximize the beauty of the site and its surroundings. We recognize the significance of creating a home that not only meets the client’s requirements but also provides an unparalleled living experience in such an extraordinary location.
