Our team compiles all the technical documentation required for the tendering process, streamlining the path to construction.
We invite offers from potential contractors, we then go through a process of carefully evaluating them to select the best fit for your project.
Once a contractor is chosen, we handle all contract documentation and facilitate its signing between you and the selected contractor.
STAGE 5 - 6: CONSTRUCTION &
CLOSE - OUT
In these two combined stages, we oversee the execution of your project from start to finish:
We actively manage the building contract, ensuring it adheres to the agreed terms and conditions. The site is handed over to the contractor, initiating the construction process.
We provide necessary construction documentation, maintain project structure, and review sub-contractor designs for compliance.Regular on-site inspections are conducted to ensure alignment with contract requirements and industry standards.
We handle responsibilities assigned within the contract, guiding the project toward successful completion. Additionally, we assist in obtaining essential documentation for the occupation certificate.
Upon fulfilling contractor obligations, we ensure all required documentation is collected for project completion and handover.
This combined stage is vital, as it marks the journey from construction initiation to the project’s closure, ensuring that your vision is captured and all necessary documentation is in place.
