We were appointed by Bauart Developments to visualize and render their design for a luxury Cape Town apartment, situated in the esteemed V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, with breathtaking views.

Our scope started with the client presenting us with sketches and concept images of finishes and furniture selections, to give us a better idea into what they wanted to achieve with the end renders.

We started our process to build the apartment from 2d drawings to a conceptual 3d model with custom furniture and ultimately delving into the details and finishes to drive the project to the final renders.
